Steamed duck with garden melon
Overview
There is only one and a half hours of rest time at noon every day. If you want to cook by yourself and have some rest time, you have to think of a way. When cooking, put the vegetables into the rice cooker and steam them together. Just add more water. The new rice cooker I bought is too small and cannot hold larger dishes, so I have to steam it in the pot. Take advantage of the steaming time to take a nap, and you can eat it in time to go to work~
