Weigh the ingredients and beat the egg liquid

Put the nuts (here we use walnuts, almonds, and peanuts) in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin

Place crushed nuts on a small plate

Put the oil, egg liquid and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl

Use a whisk to mix evenly

Sift in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda mixture, and add the chopped nuts

Knead into dough

Divide into 12 small pieces of dough

Flatten and put into baking pan

Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash

Bake in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
