Wash the preserved eggs, chicken eggs and salted duck eggs separately with water.

Separate the egg yolk and egg white (the egg white liquid of the salted duck egg is kept together).

Peel the preserved eggs and put them together with the salted egg yolks.

Chop the preserved egg and salted egg yolk into pieces and put them in a greased glass bowl.

Beat the egg whites with cooking wine. The salted duck eggs are already salty enough, so there is no need to add more salt.

Pour into a glass bowl and the foam can be removed.

Put into pot and steam for 10 minutes.

Pour in the egg yolk liquid and steam for another 5 minutes.

Pour out and cut into small pieces.
