Chop the scallions into chopped green onions, dice the ham sausage, and set aside the green beans and corn kernels.

Heat oil in a pan, when it is 80% hot, add chopped green onion, add a little salt and stir-fry until fragrant. Add diced ham and stir-fry for one minute, add green beans and corn kernels, and stir-fry for two to three minutes.

Add rice and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little salt, pepper, and allspice. Continue to stir-fry evenly to incorporate the flavor.

Remove from pan and plate.
