Two-color squeeze bear bread
Overview
The cute little bear squeezing the bread is actually very simple, it is all assembled from small balls. I added 3g of cocoa powder and it became a two-color bear. Isn’t it cute?

Ingredients
Steps
-
First prepare the ingredients for making bread, weigh them and have them ready. Set the butter in a warm place to room temperature to soften.
-
Except for butter, put the ingredients in picture 1 into a large basin, stir evenly, and knead into a dough. Move to a silicone mat to continue kneading.
-
Knead until large pieces of film can be pulled out, but are easily broken.
-
Add the softened butter and continue kneading and beating.
-
Knead until the dough is expanded, that is, by pulling off a small piece of dough, you can easily pull out the thin glove film without breaking it.
-
Knead the dough into a smooth dough, place it in a bowl, and place it in the oven for fermentation. The time is set at 50 minutes. To ensure humidity, place a bowl of hot water in the oven.
-
Just ferment until it doubles in size. Knead and deflate the fermented dough.
-
Weigh the dough, take 2 portions of 144g of dough, add 3g of cocoa powder to one portion, and knead evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
-
While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Knead 5g of each coconut filling into a small round and continue to refrigerate for later use.
-
Start making bears from the relaxed dough. Take 144g of each portion of dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. The dough with cocoa powder is also divided into 8 equal portions. 18g per small serving.
-
Take a small portion and roll it into a round piece. Wrap each portion with coconut filling, seal and wrap tightly.
-
With the mouth closed downward, do all the steps one by one, 16 in total.
-
Place the original dough and the dough with cocoa powder at intervals, as shown in the picture! Send to the oven for secondary fermentation.
-
Roll the remaining piece of dough into a long strip, then divide and roll into 32 small balls to make bear ears. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
-
The dough will rise until it doubles in size. The fermented dough will expand and gradually fill the baking pan.
-
Place the little ears with water on the bear's head, and brush a layer of egg wash on top.
-
Place in the oven at 150 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
-
After taking it out of the oven, take it out and let it cool.
-
Melt the white chocolate in a piping bag, then cut a small opening and put a nose on the bear. Let cool!
-
After the white chocolate has solidified, melt the black chocolate and fill in the little eyes and mouth, as shown in the picture!
-
For the finished two-color squeeze bear, you can also use matcha powder, whichever you like.

Bear, look here, take a photo!
