Crack the eggs into a bowl and cut the okra into thin slices.

Strain the stirred egg liquid to remove the foam.

This is filtered egg liquid.

Then add an appropriate amount of salt and add an equal amount of warm water to the egg liquid.

Cover with plastic wrap and steam for 10 minutes.
