Chocolate ice cream
Overview
This is the second time I have made ice cream. Last time I made mango flavor, but my daughter didn’t like it. This time I used chocolate. It is super delicious, rich and smooth. I fall in love with chocolate and fall in love with ice cream. If you like it, don’t miss it.

The ice cream bucket should be frozen in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours (refrigerator number 0-5, I chose 5)

Add egg yolks and sugar to the pot.

Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Add the milk until warm, stirring evenly as you add it.

Add chocolate.

Heat over low heat until the chocolate is melted and thick, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Beat the light cream until 60% fluffy.

Add the liquid mixed in step 9. Mix well.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours.

Pack the ice cream bucket.

Pour in the chilled liquid.

Start the IMIX program. Also menu 11. Well-churned ice cream is soft ice cream. Can be frozen in the refrigerator for several hours.

The cold ice cream paired with some fruit pastries is really beautiful.
