Stir-fried minced meat with edamame
Overview
The best dish to go with the meal is this~ I can finish it every time I stir-fry it, and it’s the best partner for bibimbap and noodles

Steps
-
Mince the ginger and meat. I bought the minced meat directly. Chop millet pepper and garlic (if you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the pepper)
-
Boil the edamame in water. When the water boils, add the edamame. When it boils slightly, you can take it out and set aside
-
Sauté garlic, chili and ginger
-
Add the minced meat and stir-fry over low heat until it changes color. Be sure to do it quickly, otherwise the lean meat will stick together
-
Then pour in the burned edamame and stir-fry. When cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little water, and it is ready to serve (if it is difficult to control the doneness, you can taste it while frying to prevent it from being undercooked)
