Overview

The scallion oil bibimbap noodles are delicious, fragrant with onions and have a unique flavor. I had cut the green onions early and wanted to do something else, but on a whim, I squeezed a pot of green onion oil, which was quite delicious. I'll try using it next time I make buns. ^^

Steps

  1. Wash the onions, drain them, and tie them into knots. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, add the green onions, and simmer over low heat. (PS: I originally used it for cooking other dishes, but I changed it to squeezing scallion oil. It is recommended to use whole scallions to squeeze the oil, otherwise it will be very troublesome to remove the scallions -_-||b)

  2. Squeeze for about twenty minutes. When you see the color of the onions, you can turn off the heat and pick them up.
