  1. Clean the pomfret and bream, score two cuts on both sides (for better flavor), apply a little salt on both sides and the belly, and marinate for ten minutes

  2. While marinating the fish, prepare the seasoning: 1. Shred ginger and dry red pepper, mince green onion and garlic 2. Half a spoon of salad oil, two spoons of fresh June, a spoon of sugar, a little salt, a little water, stir the salt and sugar to melt, use as a sauce

  3. Drain the pomfret and bream and place it on a plate, sprinkle onion, ginger, garlic and chili on top, pour in the sauce, cover with plastic wrap, microwave on medium-high heat for 5 minutes (check the microwave power), serve and enjoy!
