The materials prepared are: 250ml pure milk. Two eggs. One mango, one and a half spoonfuls of sugar

First, pour the milk into the pot and heat it (just heat it, no need to boil it)

Pour the hot milk into the cup, let cool and set aside

Crack the eggs into a small bowl, use only the egg whites, add one and a half tablespoons of sugar and mix well

After the milk cools, a layer of milk skin will form on the surface. Use chopsticks to make a small opening

Pour the milk into another bowl, leaving the milk skin and a little milk in the cup

Pour egg white into milk

Mix well

Strain the milk through a sieve to remove any bubbles

Pour the milk back into the original cup and slowly pour it along the edge of the cup so that the milk skin floats completely

Wrap in plastic wrap, steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove the plastic wrap, add the diced mango and serve
