  1. Put the ingredients except butter into the barrel of the bread machine in order of liquid first and then powder. Start the "dough kneading" program. After the dough kneading program, take out a piece of dough and check if a thicker film can be pulled out.

  2. Add the previously softened butter and continue to start a "dough kneading" program.

  3. After the dough mixing process is completed, take out a piece of dough and if you can pull out a translucent film, that's it.

  4. Close the lid of the bread machine and let it ferment.

  5. When it has fermented to 2 to 2.5 times its original size, dip your finger in flour and poke a hole. If the hole does not spring back and the dough does not collapse, it means it is ready.

  6. After the fermented dough is fully deflated, divide it into 8 equal parts and roll them into balls respectively.

  7. Place in an 8-inch cake mold.

  8. Place in a warm and humid place for final fermentation. The risen dough will not spring back when pressed lightly with your fingers, but will have a slight tension.
