A continuation of the previous article on making Chaozhou noodles. Now that you have made the noodles, of course you have to continue making them while they are fresh. The reason why I chose to make shredded pork and vegetables noodles is because a girl I like once told me that I wanted to eat them, but I never had the chance to make them for her

Ingredients: Chaozhou noodles, green vegetables, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded pork, shiitake mushrooms (marinated with salt)

Boil water in a pot, add noodles and cover with water,

Then put the noodles into cold water to cool down, then remove and drain the water

Add oil to the pot, then add shredded pork and bamboo shoots and stir-fry,

Add cooking wine, Maggi fresh soy sauce, appropriate amount of water and boil,

Then take it out,

Add boiling water or meat bone soup to the pot, then bring to a boil, add the mushrooms, cover and cook for 5 minutes

Then add vegetables and noodles and bring to a boil, add salt and pork rib essence to taste
