Tomato tofu
Overview
Ordinary tomatoes and ordinary tofu, when paired together, have a different taste! The refreshing tofu and sweet and sour tomatoes are more suitable for rice.

Prepare raw materials in advance

Chop garlic and ginger; cut green onions into flowers; cut tofu into small pieces; peel tomatoes and cut into cubes for later use

Put the tofu into boiling water, add salt and blanch for 2-3 minutes, take out and drain the water; heat the oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant, add water and bring to a boil, add tofu and simmer over low heat until fragrant
