Overview
Black beans have the effects of reducing swelling and lowering qi, moistening lungs and drying heat, activating blood and diuresis, nourishing blood and calming the nerves, improving eyesight and strengthening the spleen, tonifying kidneys and replenishing yin. Wheat can nourish the heart and calm the nerves, relieve troubles, replenish qi, remove heat and stop sweating. Used together, they have the function of nourishing yin and antiperspirant. It is suitable for those with yin deficiency, night sweats, bone steaming, fatigue and heat, and insufficient qi and yin.
