Overview

My parents like traditional cakes, but my husband likes cheesecake, so it’s hard to reconcile. I can only try to balance it out, and use the traditional method to make cheesecake, without adding whipping cream and flavoring wine. There are many fewer steps and no water bath method. It is simple and delicious.

  4. Add milk, olive oil and sugar to the egg yolks, and stir together with the cheese
