Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate with cooking wine and ginger for 15-30 minutes. Cut green onions into sections. Skewer a piece of chicken, one white onion section and one green onion section, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken skewers until golden brown on both sides, remove and set aside.

Add cooking wine (5 spoons), soy sauce (5 spoons), sugar (5 spoons), honey (3 spoons), and ginger (2 slices) into a bowl, mix well and set aside. Return the fried chicken to the country, pour in the prepared seasoning and simmer until the seasoning becomes thick. If you like spicy food, you can brush it with chili oil at the end.
