Cocoa balls
Overview
This cocoa ball looks like the chocolate crackle cookies and hazelnut cocoa balls I once made. However, this biscuit uses much less oil. But it uses a lot of sugar. I originally considered reducing some sugar, but after thinking that not everyone likes the bitter taste of cocoa powder, I struggled for a while and kept the original dosage. The cocoa balls with less oil taste dry and crunchy
