Overview

This is my favorite meal. My mother used to make cornmeal pancakes for me. Now that I am a mother, I have to learn how to make it myself. Although it was my first time making it, it was really delicious.

  1. Pick and wash the Chinese cabbage.

  2. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water and then cool it.

  3. Squeeze the water out of the pak choi.

  4. Chop the blanched cabbage.

  5. Squeeze the chopped bok choy dry.

  6. Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot add eggs and fry them.

  7. Pour the eggs and chopped cabbage together, add an appropriate amount of shrimp skin, then add oil, salt, five-spice powder, pepper powder, chicken essence, sesame oil, mix the filling thoroughly and set aside.

  8. Knead cornmeal with boiling water.

  9. Wrap into patties and fry in a pan until cooked.
