Add half a teaspoon of salt to the minced meat, half a teaspoon of chicken powder, and chopped green onion

Add 60 ml of water and mix well

Prepare the wonton skin

Take a piece of small wonton skin, put it on your hand and put an appropriate amount of meat

Put it together with four fingers and it will turn into a small dumpling

The wrapped wontons can be divided into small portions in plastic bags and placed in quick-freeze. Just take them out when you want to eat them

Boil the water and cook the wontons for two minutes

Use the gap between the wontons to prepare the soup. I used bone broth. Add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken powder and spicy oil and chopped green onion according to your own taste

Just scoop the cooked wontons into the prepared soup

If you don’t like spicy food, you can add some lard
