Put the flour, eggs, salt, yeast, milk, etc. into the bread machine and stir

Stir until smooth and add butter

Knead the bread machine into a smooth dough for about 30 minutes

Use fermentation key to ferment for 50 minutes, doubled in size

Stir egg yolks, coconut flour, and butter

Put in the dough, red yeast rice flour, matcha powder, cocoa powder

Wrap it with dough, stack it on top of each other, and then wrap it with dough

Wrap egg yolk, coconut butter puree and put it on top

Ferment again for 40 minutes and then bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. It’s very similar, but it cracked and it’s too crispy. I’ll do better next time
