Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Shred the ginger, add chili oil + sugar + squeeze lemon juice to make a bowl of juice.

Cut the king oyster mushroom into rhombus-shaped slices and cut the sword beans into thick shreds.

Boil water in a pot and remove the salt, then add the sword beans and cook until raw.

Then add the king mushroom slices, followed by crab-flavored mushrooms and enoki mushrooms.

Take it out and put it in a basin of cold water to cool down.

Squeeze a little water and drain, put it into a bowl and add olive oil and mix well.
