Apple Rose
Overview
I have always wanted to make this apple rose, but I have never finished it. I was very lucky in the early days and won two boxes of fruit in a row, so I finally made up my mind to try it. This seemingly simple apple rose is not that easy to make if you really want to make it~~~ Unfortunately, this apple rose has just been baked for a while, and before I could take pictures, a little guest came to the house. After seeing it, I liked it so much that I ate it directly, so the photos of my finished product were ruined~~~

Prepare all ingredients

Clean and slice apples into thin slices for later use

Pour honey and granulated sugar into a small pot

Add appropriate amount of water and cook into sugar water

Add apple slices and cook for a while until soft

Remove the apple slices and drain the water

Sift low flour + sunflower oil + 10 grams of boiled apple sugar water

Knead into dough and let rest for half an hour

Roll out into a rectangular sheet and cut into long strips about 2cm wide

Take a piece of dough and place it on the chopping board

Then arrange the drained apple slices evenly in the left and right directions

Roll up from one end and pinch at the end

Do it in sequence and put it into the mold

Place in the preheated oven on the middle and lower racks: 170 degrees

Bake for about 20 minutes

When the time is up, take out the baking pan and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar for decoration
