Blueberry jam mille-feuille
Overview
Another use for puff pastry. The ingredients are very simple: pastry and jam. I've been making this homemade blueberry jam for a long time, and I've been running through various solutions in my mind. I have a lot of tricks, but I just haven't taken any action. When I was dealing with the thousand-layer meringue, I suddenly remembered this trick, which killed two birds with one stone. However, I have never been interested in foods containing heavy oils and polysaccharides, and have only tried them briefly. You can only take this thing out to cause harm to others, and you will feel guilty, but others are very happy and happy to receive it. Does the so-called radish and cabbage make you feel at ease?
