Beef bone soup
Overview
A friend gave me a bag of beef bones. I thought it would be better to make a soup. I don’t want to use too many ingredients. It tastes greasy and light. On a cold day, it is quite warm to drink as water.

Soak the bones in cold water at room temperature, add 1 tsp of refined salt, and soak for 15 minutes;

Put the bones in a pot of cold water, add 3 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon of white wine, cook until foaming, pick up and rinse with hot water;

In the pressure cooker, add 1/2 tsp pepper, fragrant leaves and 9 slices of ginger;

Pour water into the pot about 1/3 deep, pour in the beef bones,

Set 40 minutes;

When the time is up, use a fine-mesh sieve to skim off the oil layer and drink. You can add an appropriate amount of refined salt when enjoying the soup.
