Carrot mousse
Overview
I have been working on the computer a lot lately, and my eyes have become a bit dry. At the same time, it is said that spring is a good time to nourish the liver and protect the eyes, so I recommend this~ Haha, it’s not the toon scrambled eggs or leeks you imagined, but a beautiful-looking snack - carrot mousse!

Add honey, warm it slightly and mix well
-
After adding the gelatine powder, place it in the microwave on high heat for a while to allow the gelatine powder to completely melt
-
Stir evenly and place in a basin of warm water to keep warm
-
Add 120g of whipped cream that has been refrigerated overnight, add 10g of granulated sugar, and beat until it has texture
-
Then mix it evenly with the carrot gelatine liquid
-
Cut the 6-inch cake from the middle
-
Place it into a 6-inch mold and add part of the mousse liquid
-
Cover with another slice of cake
-
Pour in the remaining mousse liquid, smooth the surface, and refrigerate overnight
