Steps
-
Cut the beef tenderloin into cubes, add 25 grams of chopped onion, 1 gram of sea salt, an appropriate amount of cracked black pepper, a small spoon of olive oil, and marinate for 5 minutes.
-
Defrost 80g of shredded mozzarella cheese and 25g of cooked corn kernels. An appropriate amount of carrots, red and yellow peppers, blanched white jade mushrooms, 1 pickled cucumber, and diced 2 pickled peppers. Chop appropriate amount of onions and garlic. 190g cold rice (note: add more vegetables and reduce the rice next time).
-
Pour a little olive oil into the wok and stir-fry the beef until most of it turns white (as shown in the picture) and remove from the pan immediately. Don't worry about it being undercooked. It will have to be fried and roasted later. Over time, the taste will not be good and the meat will become stale.
-
Rinse the wok, add oil again, and stir-fry the onions, garlic, and peppercorns.
-
Add diced vegetables and stir-fry.
-
Add cold rice and stir-fry.
-
Add diced pork and cucumber and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir well.
-
Put the fried rice into the rice baking bowl.
-
Add mozzarella cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
-
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes. When the surface of the cheese is slightly browned, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
-
Delicious beef baked rice.
