Continue to put 320 grams of large dough into the bread machine and add bamboo charcoal powder to knead the dough again

Put it in the oven and ferment at a low temperature of 35 degrees for about 30-40 minutes

Deflate the dough. Divide the red dough into 4 parts, 3 50g pieces and 1 30g piece. Divide the black dough into 4 parts, 3 50g pieces. Leave the remaining 1 larger piece to rest for 15 minutes
