Prepare the required materials, wash and drain the fresh plums

Core the washed plums and cut into small cubes

Marinate the diced plums with white sugar, put one layer of pulp and one layer of sugar, marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours until the juice comes out and the pulp becomes soft

Pour the pickled plum pulp into the bread machine bucket, select the jam function, the time will display 1:05 hours, and then press the start button to start the bread machine

When the time is up, the bread machine will beep. Open it to see if the jam is ready

Put it into a glass bottle while hot, turn it upside down and let it cool, then store it in the refrigerator (the glass bottle should be sterilized by boiling water in advance and then dried)
