Appetizing Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet
Overview
This pickled pepper chicken feet is my family's favorite dish and snack. I make a big bowl of it every time. My children will take a few with them to make snacks when they go to class. During the Chinese New Year, I make a bowl of chicken feet and eat them while watching TV - it's delicious. I haven’t cooked here for a long time. This time my colleagues asked me to cook this dish for a dinner party. I have been in the food world for half a year, so I will share this dish with everyone

Ingredients
Steps
-
First boil the purchased pickled peppers and water (this is to avoid using raw water for making pickled peppers), then cool to the temperature of cold water
-
Wash the chicken feet you bought, remove the toes, and cut them into two pieces
-
Add water to the pot and boil, blanch the chicken feet in the water
-
Remove the dry water
-
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. While the water is boiling, wash the star anise, cinnamon, and peppercorns, slice the ginger, and cut the dried red pepper and pickled pepper into small pieces. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili pepper and pickled pepper
-
After the water boils, put the prepared ingredients into the pot and cook for a few minutes to bring out the flavors in the ingredients
-
Add some salt and cooking wine, put the chicken feet into the pot and cook for 5-8 minutes (control the time according to your personal taste, a short time will make it chewy, a longer time will make it softer), and then soak for about ten minutes
-
After cooking, remove the dry water and wash it in cold boiling water. This will wash off the glue on the chicken feet and the finished product will not stick together. After washing, drain the water
-
Pour the chicken feet into the boiled pepper water
-
Cut the white radish and carrot into thin strips and mix them into chicken feet to soak for a day
-
This was soaked a day later. How can I still use it? I couldn’t wait to eat one. It’s delicious. The radish is also delicious
