Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork belly into dices, or use meat filling.

Remove the eggplant from the center and cut into segments.

Use both hands to break the eggplant flesh into strips, do not break it, for the sake of flavor and easier grilling. Then smear both sides of the eggplant with oil, put it on the baking sheet, preheat the oven and bake it at 210 degrees for 15 minutes, depending on the size of your oven. After this step is completed, the eggplant has softened and is about eight to nine times ripe.

Add a little cooking wine to the diced meat and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of bean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and chili oil according to personal taste, and stir evenly to form a meat sauce.
