Roll the risen dough into a pancake shape three times (sprinkle a small amount of chili powder evenly on the pancake each time. If the dough is too sticky, dip your hands in some cooking oil), roll it into a long strip and divide it into 8 equal-sized rolls. Then roll each roll into its original shape with a slightly thicker center and a slightly thinner edge. Wrap it with filling 2, close the mouth and place it mouth down on the baking sheet.

Beat the eggs and add salt and chili powder and mix well.

Use a brush to smear the egg liquid on each bread ball (due to too much egg liquid, I wanted to use a chopstick to poke a small hole in the top of each bread ball so that the remaining egg liquid could be poured in, but the hole rose up after a while...so it was not what I wanted...) After everything is coated, let it stand at room temperature for 20 minutes
