  2. Wear disposable gloves or use a plastic bag. Of course, you can also use bare hands. Disposable gloves or convenience bags will have an anti-stick effect. If you use bare hands, you need a little water on your hands. This can have an anti-stick effect and roll the rice into balls.

  3. Brush the small ball mold with a layer of corn oil and heat it. Break the eggs into a bowl. Stir evenly and use a spoon to pour a spoonful of egg liquid into the mold. Then add a kneaded rice ball so that the egg liquid will slowly wrap around the bottom of the rice ball.

  4. Repeat the previous operation and move the rice ball wrapped in egg liquid into another hole, so that the part of the rice ball without egg liquid is covered with egg liquid.
