Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut tomatoes into cubes, cut green onions into sections and set aside
-
Wash seasonal vegetables and set aside. I always soak the vegetables in advance before cooking
-
Make the dough and set it aside for later use (the noodles will be almost the same after the sauce is fried)
-
Put oil (a little more) in the pot, heat the oil and add the tomatoes (don’t put the green onions first, because you are making soup, so add the green onions later, otherwise it will be tasteless)
-
When the tomato soup is almost done, stir-fry the green onions, add water, salt, seasoning powder, light soy sauce, chicken essence... seasoning
-
Roll out the dough (I roll it out by hand, you can also buy ready-made ones or press them with a dough press)
-
After rolling it out, cut it into two-three finger widths, depending on your personal preference...
-
Let it cool down in a basin before boiling. After the noodles are cooked, remove them from the basin
-
Take another small bowl, ladle in the tomato soup and eat with the noodles (Northerners like to add some garlic and spicy oil) to relieve the heat and appetizer
