Coffee peanut crispy balls
Overview
This is made from the coffee peanut round cake that I learned from Jun, but the dough was not flattened during the shaping operation, so it was called a ball. The ingredients in the recipe were not easy to shape after mixing, and the dough was scattered, so I did not dare to flatten the dough. However, it was quite crispy, and a bit like the taste of fried rice cakes when I was a child. Fried rice cakes are very hard, but these crispy balls are much crispier.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Fry 110g-120g of flour until the moisture is gone and the aroma is revealed, and it is slightly yellow. Fry a little more than the recipe requires, because water vapor will evaporate and be lost during the frying process:
-
Beat room temperature butter;
-
Add fine sugar, peanut butter and coffee powder and beat evenly;
-
Weigh out 100 grams of cooked flour;
-
Pour the flour into the butter peanut butter paste and mix it evenly with your hands. At this time, the mixed ingredients are quite loose;
-
Divide the ingredients into 10 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball with your hands, flatten slightly, put it in a baking pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (about 180°C) for 15-18 minutes. After baking, let cool slightly and enjoy.
