Wash the fresh shrimps, pick out the shrimp lines, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes

Soak taro powder until soft, wash and cut celery into sections for later use, wash and cut sweet potatoes into hob pieces

Place the shrimp in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Fry the shrimps and set aside, heat the sweet potatoes to 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Put oil in the pot, add red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add celery and taro powder and stir-fry for a while
