I soaked the red beans in water overnight, and later I found out that they were adzuki beans, not red beans. I had to use red adzuki beans.

Boil the adzuki beans in water and add rock sugar.

Beat the boiled adzuki beans into bean paste.

Pour hot water into the small balls.

Add fermented bean paste.

Boil the small dumplings, take them out and put them into the bean paste and fermented rice paste.

Mix well.
