peanut candy
Overview
Originally I just wanted to learn from the proportions of this formula, but after a closer look I found that this method is very different from the previous one, and there is not even a drop of water in the formula? After comparing all the similar candy recipes on hand, water stood out clearly. Suddenly I became curious, what would the peanut candy taste like without water? Taking a closer look at this aspect, the description is quite simple, describing the entire process in just a few words without any technical parameters or data reference. There is no exact temperature data, and there are no sensory indicators such as water dripping into beads. The word "boil" is enough to describe the requirements for boiling sugar. My curiosity was further aroused, and I finally decided to follow this method and see what the final result would be. Although the plan was to completely follow the original recipe, in the end I followed the usual trick and added the step of keeping the nuts warm.
