Bread machine version of tomato toast
Overview
This is toast made with tomato juice instead of water and flour. It is pink in color and looks very nice. My kids really like tomatoes, so I came up with the idea of incorporating tomatoes into bread. Tomato juice contains a lot of lycopene, which is very effective in preventing cancer, coronary heart disease, protecting blood vessels, softening blood vessels, and promoting the absorption of calcium and iron elements. It is a natural health product.
