Steps
-
Add all the ingredients for the main dough except butter into the mixing bowl in order from wet to dry. Separately add salt and yeast. Turn the mixer on gear 1 to mix the ingredients. Turn on gear 3 to beat until the dough is uniform. Add the softened butter and beat at gear 5 at high speed until it is fully expanded.
-
Stretch the dough to pull out a tough membrane.
-
Take out the dough, form it into a ball, put it into a clean basin, put it in the oven, turn on the fermentation setting, and ferment at 30 degrees for 1 hour.
-
Poke a hole in the fermented dough with your finger dipped in flour. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it means the dough has fermented successfully.
-
Transfer the dough to the work surface, deflate it thoroughly and divide it into 4 portions. Form into a ball, cover with a plastic bag, and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough that has risen and roll it up and down into a long tongue shape.
-
Turn over, fold the left and right ends toward the middle, and pinch the closing edges.
-
Roll the rolling pin up and down to make it longer, pinching the bottom end downward to make it thinner.
-
Roll up from top to bottom, make three pieces in sequence, and put them into the toast mold.
-
Put it in the oven and turn on the fermentation setting, ferment at 35 degrees, and put a bowl of hot water in the oven. I fermented it for about an hour and a half. When it was 8 minutes full, I took it out, covered it, and preheated the oven to 180 degrees.
-
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
-
After taking it out of the oven, shake it out of the mold and let it cool.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place two slices of toast on a baking sheet, and spread strawberry jam on them.
-
Spread marshmallows on top, leaving space between them.
-
Place in the middle shelf of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly burnt. Spread on the chocolate sauce and serve.
