Red dates and millet porridge

Autumn is getting stronger~ When I go to work, I often feel sleepy in the afternoon, and sometimes I have some back pain. So I cooked this red date and millet porridge to replenish qi and blood. It is very beneficial for women to drink this porridge often!

Soak the red dates and wolfberry in advance, and wash out the millet.
