Bowl of steamed pulled pork
Overview
When you live outside, you have to learn how to make what you want to eat. I have been in the food world for so long, and in the past I just watched it. I finally couldn't help it, and posted a recipe to try. I couldn't find this dish on the food network today, so I uploaded it myself. Every household in my hometown steams several bowls of this dish every Chinese New Year and puts it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, just steam it again. Pair it with steamed buns and dip it in some soup. It tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the pork belly. It’s best if it’s a little fat. I choose one that’s 30% fat and 70% lean. Cut it into small pieces and put it in a pot. Boil it, take it out and wash it.
-
Put water in the pressure cooker, add star anise, onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, cooking wine and pork belly and press for half an hour. I forgot to take this photo, so I uploaded it directly = after it is torn, take it out and tear it into strips with your hands, the thinner the better,
-
Pour cooking oil into the pot, add sugar and stir-fry over low heat until foaming, add pork skin, fry until red on both sides,
-
Take a small bowl, put the meat skin side down on the bottom of the bowl, put the torn minced meat on top, press it tightly, and then pour some soup from the freshly cooked meat so that the meat steams out with some soup and is delicious.
-
Pour the remaining oil into the shredded meat and add salt and chicken essence and mix well.
-
Cover a bowl with it, put it in a steamer and bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and steam for three hours. The longer the better, the meat will be more flavorful and oily but not greasy

Okay, take it out of the pot, put the bowl upside down on the plate, and you're ready to start. Since it’s my first time to cook this dish, I haven’t written it in detail, and my cell phone camera is not very good so I can’t take the picture clearly, so please forgive me
