Start by slicing the beef.

Cut off the head and tail of the cabbage and cut it into two halves, and slice the ginger.

Blanch the chopped cabbage in boiling water that has been cooked in advance.

When the vegetable leaves are partially curled up, scoop them out and put them into the pot.

Add chicken stock, ginger slices and beef and bring to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, cook for 15 minutes.

Finally add 5g salt and 5g chicken powder to taste.
