Popular breakfast copycat McDonald's restaurant--Golden Crispy Hash Browns

Overview

McDonald's has a breakfast item called crispy hash browns, which I have always loved. It's golden and crispy on the outside, with crunchy mashed potatoes and slightly crispy diced potatoes inside. For potato lovers, it is simply an irresistible temptation. I just happened to buy a lot of potatoes recently, and this snack is not complicated to make, so I tried to copy it at home. Unexpectedly, the finished product looks pretty good and tastes as good as McDonald's. It can be considered a successful copycat, haha.
