  1. Rinse the rice twice with water

  2. Add appropriate amount of boiled water to the rice cooker and set it to cooking mode

  3. Wash and slice the lean meat and set aside

  4. Add appropriate amount of oil, salt and light soy sauce and mix well

  5. When the porridge is cooked, add a small amount of salt

  6. Add marinated lean meat

  7. Beat the eggs, mix the yolks and whites

  8. While stirring the porridge clockwise, add the egg yolk

  9. Wash the green onions, remove the whites and cut into cubes
