Lean Pork Porridge with Scallions and Egg Drops

Usually making lean meat porridge is the simplest. For breakfast today, I added an egg from the refrigerator and the chopped green onions left over from last night’s cooking. It tastes good and is very nutritious

Rinse the rice twice with water

Add appropriate amount of boiled water to the rice cooker and set it to cooking mode

Wash and slice the lean meat and set aside

Add appropriate amount of oil, salt and light soy sauce and mix well

When the porridge is cooked, add a small amount of salt

Add marinated lean meat

Beat the eggs, mix the yolks and whites

While stirring the porridge clockwise, add the egg yolk
-
Wash the green onions, remove the whites and cut into cubes

Turn off the power to the rice cooker, add chopped green onion and mix well
