Overview

I haven’t eaten bread bought in the supermarket for a long time, but I always eat white toast, so it’s time for a change. I bought whole wheat flour and mixed it with ordinary bread flour to make whole wheat toast. The texture is not as hard as supermarket Rio buns, but it also contains more whole wheat flour than white toast, making it healthier to eat.

  8. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, with a plate of hot water underneath. When it is 9 minutes full, close the lid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat, and bake for 35-40 minutes. After baking, unmold and cool.
