Whole wheat toast
Overview
I haven’t eaten bread bought in the supermarket for a long time, but I always eat white toast, so it’s time for a change. I bought whole wheat flour and mixed it with ordinary bread flour to make whole wheat toast. The texture is not as hard as supermarket Rio buns, but it also contains more whole wheat flour than white toast, making it healthier to eat.

Ingredients other than butter are put into the bread bucket in order of liquid first and then powder
-
After a kneading process, add butter cut into small pieces and perform another kneading process
-
After kneading, let the dough double in size
-
After deflating, divide into 3 parts and let rest for 15 minutes
-
Take one portion and roll it into an oval
-
Turn it over and roll it up, with the seam facing down
-
Make each portion in turn and put it into the toast mold
-
Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, with a plate of hot water underneath. When it is 9 minutes full, close the lid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat, and bake for 35-40 minutes. After baking, unmold and cool.
