Shrimp and vegetable porridge
Overview
I bought a bunch of cabbage this morning. I can't keep it in place and it will rot easily. There is still some white porridge left, so let’s use the two and add some shrimp to make porridge at noon. After drinking it warmly, I felt very comfortable

Peel the fresh shrimps, pick out the shrimp threads, cut them and set aside

Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into sections and set aside

Cut ginger into shreds and set aside. I prepared some chopped green onions. If you don’t like it, you can leave it out

This is a little bit of white porridge left in the morning. It’s even better when cooked now

After the white porridge is boiled, add the ginger shreds first, then the shrimp segments, and finally the vegetables

Before serving, add salt and pepper to taste, or drizzle a little oil
