Steamed salted fish with radish
Overview
During the Spring Festival, my mother-in-law dried the salted mackerel. The oil has returned, soaked in water until soft, steamed and eaten, and served with corn tortillas. It was a satisfying experience.

Cut green onions into thin sections with a diagonal knife.

Place radish in bowl.

Top with sliced salted fish and chopped green onions.

Pour a tablespoon of peanut oil and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
