Hot and sour potato shreds
Overview
There is no one dish that my husband loves so much that he can’t get tired of eating it every day. I'm also puzzled. But what you make at home is definitely no worse than what you make in a restaurant. The sour and spicy flavor is super satisfying.

Wash the potatoes, cut into shreds and dry in cold water

Cut tomatoes into small pieces, shred green and red peppers, and mince garlic

Heat oil in a pan and sauté Sichuan pepper until fragrant
