Matcha Gradient Toast
Overview
Since receiving the DLK30A Dongling Electronic Oven, I have used it for breakfast every day. I have made matcha gradient toast, which is very spring-like (it is recommended to use Ruozhu for matcha powder, I used Uji Green Overlord, but the color is still not bright enough)

-
Pour the matcha powder 1 and all the ingredients in the main ingredients into the bread machine barrel, and start the kneading button
-
After kneading for about 25 minutes, the perfect glove film can be pulled out
-
Take out 1/3 of the dough and cover it with plastic wrap, add matcha powder 2 to the remaining dough, turn on the kneading button and knead until even, about 2 minutes
-
Take out another 1/2 of the dough, add matcha powder 3 to the rest and knead evenly
-
After kneading everything, take out and roll into balls
-
Put it into the bread machine bucket, separate it with oil paper, start the fermentation button and ferment until it doubles in size
-
The fermented dough will not bounce back when you poke it with your finger
-
Take out the exhaust and round it
-
Roll each piece of toast into an oval shape of similar length
-
Roll up from the long side
-
Arrange the colors in the toast box from light to dark
-
Place it in Dongling oven to ferment until it doubles in size. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and activate the fermentation button. If it is summer, you do not need to activate the fermentation button
-
When the toast is fermented to 8 or 9 minutes full, turn on the 04 toast button in the oven to preheat (other brands are 175-180 degrees)
-
Cover the toast box and bake on the lower shelf of the oven for 45 minutes
